Deep but accessible workshops. We work on positions as problems: what is happening, why it works, and how to find your own answer.

Travelling coach · Europe & Australia
Grappling · Play · Movement · Connection
I teach grappling, playfighting and movement workshops — for gyms, festivals, retreats and curious humans in Europe, Australia and wherever the work makes sense.
Three ways in

Deep but accessible workshops. We work on positions as problems: what is happening, why it works, and how to find your own answer.

Physical play for people with no martial arts background. Contact, awareness, laughter and honest connection — with clear rules and care.

Multi-day experiences mixing grappling, play, movement and nature. Built for communities, organizers and beautiful locations.
The approach
People remember what they discover. So we build sessions where the problem is clear, the task is playful, and the answer has to be found — then sharpened with precise detail.
Audience
Learn to feel positions instead of drowning in names. You'll leave able to train, not just imitate.
Break plateaus. Understand why your game stalls in certain places and how to build around it.
Sharper decisions under pressure, cleaner detail, and training design that transfers to the match.
Private coaching is available for individuals who want targeted feedback — video review, sparring analysis and a clear plan for the next months.

Audience
Playfighting is what most of us did as kids and then stopped: rolling around, pushing, escaping, laughing. No uniforms, no belts, no fighting experience needed.
You'll learn how to make contact with care, how to say yes and no with your body, and how to stay playful when things get intense. It's physical, social and surprisingly gentle — even when it's wild.
For organizers

I travel between Australia and Europe through the year and build formats around your people and your space — a two-hour taster, a weekend seminar, or a full retreat programme.

About
I'm 37 and I've been grappling for thirteen years, competing and coaching across Germany and Australia. For three years I owned and ran my own grappling studio in Australia.
Running a room full of very different bodies and personalities changed how I teach. Copying techniques got people to a point; understanding problems took them further.
These days I travel and teach a broader version of that work: grappling as deep expertise, play and movement as the door in — for people who'd never walk into a martial arts academy.
